Orders are shipped via Posti. In-stock products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping is free in European union. Please contact if you want delivery elsewhere.

In accordance with EU law, products have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us by phone or text message (0449896006) or email (info@vaisanenpuukot.com) if you wish to return a product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-made knives are not eligible for return.
